Who do I make my restitution payment out to?

Kennebec County District Attorney's Office.

We accept Checks, Cash, MoneyOrder, Credit and Debit Card Payments.

Fine payments are to be paid at the Court they can be reached at (207) 213-2800.

The Court is located at 1 Court Street Suite 101 Augusta ME 04330.
